To lay down a procedure for Operation of strapping machine.
Scope
This SOP is applicable for Operation of Strapping machine.

Procedure
Operation of Strapping Machine.
Obtain the carry strap roll from production officer.
Switch “ON” the machine from main supply.
Fix the strap roll of the machine on strip roller.
Set the strap length and tension as per requirement.
Switch “ON” the machine and check the strap cutting.
After setting all parameter start the strapping operation.
Continue the operation till completion of work.
Shut Down
After completion of the operation switch “OFF” the machine.
Clean the machine as per Standard Operating Procedure.
Switch ‘OFF’ the main electric supply to the machine.
Get the cleaning checked by production officer.
