- Procedure
- The cleaning of Strapping machine is to be done after day’s production is over or whenever required.
- Remove the unused strapping roll from the machine and store under lock and key in storage rack.
- Clean the machine surface, with the help of dry lint free cloth.
- Clean the outer surface of machine and side panels with lint free cloth.
- Clean the strapping channel with dry lint free cloth.
- Get the cleaning checked by production officers.
